The hotel was stylish with incredible and amazing location next to the restaurant, the outskirts of town, and the town centre. Amazingly nice and accommodating folks from the reception to the room cleaner or manager. The property was in the heart of the city. Fast food restaurant Tomek was located 5 minutes walk away.

We were in a perfect location not too far away from City Museum.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right in the center of the town. The staff, from the reception to the room cleaners, were all very friendly and attentive. The service was top-notch, with amenities like room service and car hire available. The room itself was spacious and well-supplied, and I enjoyed the comfort of the sitting area and the terrace. The hotel also provided great facilities, including a spa and wellness center with saunas and jacuzzi tubs. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly luxurious.

I had a great stay at a centrally located hotel with modern and stylish rooms. The spacious and non-smoking rooms were a pleasant surprise, as smoking is usually allowed in Romania. The hotel faced a lively Main Street, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The air conditioning worked well, providing a comfortable environment. I enjoyed the good breakfast and the evening meal was delicious. The service was satisfactory, but could have been more professional or friendly. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and pleasant stay.

Everything. The staff were wonderful and spoke superb English whilst also having a great sense of humour. All the rooms were different but were stylish, clean and good fun. The highlight of our trip was the breakfast which was first class.

I think they need a door bell at the parking gate, as the hotel is located in the centre is very hard to leave your car in front of the gate, to go in and ask at the reception for the gate to be opened...especially for customers who are visiting for the first time the hotel as I was.

This place is a reasonable choice for a trip, located just a short 15-minute walk from the bus stop, and I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to others.

Hotel stuff was a little bit unfriendly or not as friendly as I have used to in other European countries, but maybe that's how all Romanians are..
